About us

Our founder, Jade (BSc, DipCNM, FRSPH), is a Senior Public Health Specialist with qualifications in Psychology, Nutrition, Smoking Cessation, and Health Coaching. Her career spans a diverse range of roles, including managing Health Promotion teams, lecturing at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and delivering accredited training through the Royal Society for Public Health.

Jade was the Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Lead within Oxfordshire’s Children’s Services supporting schools countywide. She has also developed and delivered national mental health training for service leads through a leading occupational health organisation.

After 18 years of designing and leading health promotion programmes across schools and workplaces, Jade founded Talk About Health CIC — a social enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to take charge of their wellbeing.
