About us

At Talk About Health, we value the workforce, empowering staff with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools they need to protect their health, stay well in their roles, and thrive at work and at home.

Utilising a critical understanding of research, national guidance and best practise, we deliver from a place of deep practical understanding of the challenges facing the workforce.

Talk About Health is founded by people with direct experience of frontline support work, management of health and social care services, commissioning of public health services and design and delivery of system-level change for the NHS, Local Authority and Third Sector organisations. This enabled them to design and deliver training that is high quality, practical, person-centred, and effective.

We co‑design our training with the community we serve, using surveys, consultation, and robust pre‑ and post‑course assessments and feedback to continually refine and improve our delivery for maximum impact.
